Johnny Cremains
2009-2023
Johnny Cremains played like a lounge band from hell by mixing slow, heavy riffs with piano, sharp vocals, and dark imagery. Featuring members of some of Portland, Maine's most eclectic bands (The Horror, Whitcomb, Confusatron, Covered In Bees, Sylvia, Sunrunner), they came together around Erik Winter's dramatic piano compositions in 2009.
After spending years together with only a few lineup changes, Johnny Cremains eventually, and quietly, came to an end. The Maine-based band released 3 albums of dark, sad, and meaningful music,
S.E. Libby - Vocals/Theremin
Erik Winter - Piano/Organ
Douglas Porter - Guitar/Vocals
David Joy - Bass (2012-2022)
Adam Cogswell - Drums (2013-2023)
Michael C. Anderson - Drums (2009-2013)
Ian Riley - Bass (2022-2023)
