Before there was Spawn Of Man, there was Thrown From The Womb, but before that... there was Taming The Shrew. Their music was a potpourri of experimental rock with sharp flourishes and dark stream-of-consciousness lyrics. An exciting mix of big rock hooks, smart riffs, and the occasional soft passage to bring the whole thing together.
